In 1872, Willie Lynch gave a speech on how to make a slave out of black folk. It discussed breaking down the language, the family, the women, everything that goes into a culture. It has seemingly worked in destroying or causing irreparable damage in that the "African-American" society is the only one with interior racism. I can't think of any other race where you are either preferred or disliked based on skin-tone and hair texture. I've heard it far too often when describing a man or women that they are "...red with good hair..." We have been taught to hate our dark color and thick hair. I've often said that Blacks in America are the only society without its own true culture since their ancestors were forced to assimilate and disavow any knowledge of their African heritage. Can this be the basis of the "interior racism" or were Willie Lynch's teachings not only correct but also effective in that we need to broken just as a horse is? Below is an excerpt from Lynch's How To Make A Slave.
"Both horse and niggers are no good to the economy in the wild or natural state.
1) Both must be broken and tied together for orderly production.
2) For orderly futures, special and particular attention must be paid to the female and the youngest offspring.
3) Both must be crossbred to produce a variety and division of labor.
4) Both must taught to respond to a peculiar new language.
5) Psychological and physical instruction of containment must be created for both."
